All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of confirmed payment.
If your order is placed after 9 A.M.(eastern time) on a Friday, your order will be shipped on the following Monday.


To obtain the shipping charges for an item in our store, simply click on the "add to cart" button for the item, then click the red "checkout" button. Fill in the shipping address information, and the click the blue "apply" button. Your shipping charges will then appear in the right hand corner box under the "your order" heading. If you approve of the shipping charges, then simply press the red "continue" button and follow the instructions given. If you choose NOT to purchase the item, then just click the "cancel" button, and NO charges will be made to your PAY-PAL account.


Currently, VAL-U-TOY.com is only accepting orders for shipment within the United States. Orders may only be placed thru our website. No phone or fax orders can be accepted at this time.

Refund, Returns and Exchange Policies:

Here at VAL-U-TOY.com, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive from VAL-U-TOY.com, contact us via e-mail at RETURNS@VAL-U-TOY.com, and a Return Merchandis Authorization number and instructions will be forwarded to via return e-mail. You can also contact us by phone for a RMA#. You will then be sent a RMA# and instructions via postal mail. You may return any purchase in the same box in which it was shipped. Upon return and receipt of the product, VAL-U-TOY.com will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling. All products must be returned in their original condition, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included. While return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, we will ship all replacements at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you.
